Son of Mr & Mrs G Hart of 131, Lincoln Rd, Ponders End, Middlesex.
Haven't found a R Hart in the local area to date. So this is a bit of an educated guess work. George Richard Hart's birth was registered at Bromley in late 1896. And a George William Hart was married in 1891 also in Bromley. It is quite likely that George junior would have been known by his second name. The Richard/Robert problem could be a case of transcription error.
However WMP said 'Reginald Hart'.
